Registering & Managing your Vehicles

After applying the Vive QR Sticker on your vehicle, register your vehicle in the app using its brand, model and registration plate. You could also view all your vehicles and their details at any time from the Vehicles tab.

Free In-App Calling & Messaging

Effortlessly communicate with other drivers through unlimited free messages or calls within the Vive
app. Vive also enables others to reach out to you by scanning the Vive QR on your vehicle, keeping you informed about any issues related with your vehicle. Additionally, our in-app messaging system allows ongoing communication with other Vive users whenever needed.

Save your Parking Location

The Where Did I Park? feature allows you to save your parking location when you parked your vehicle, especially if you parked in an unfamiliar place. Easily navigate back to your vehicle with directions using your previously saved parking location.

Privacy Mode

Vive’s Privacy mode allows you to hide your Name, Surname and Photo (optional) from other Vive users for complete privacy and anonymity when contacting others or being contacted. You control what to share with others.

To ensure a positive user experience, we enforce our clear terms for responsible use of Vive, eliminating any abusive language or irresponsible actions. 

Driver Permissions Feature

This feature enables you to grant permission to selected drivers to drive your vehicle. These designated drivers will receive any communication if the Vive QR on the vehicle is scanned while they are driving. Communication reverts to you once the driver indicates on the Vive app that they are no longer driving the vehicle. At any time, you have the option
to reclaim communication by either temporarily removing the driver or disabling the Allow other drivers feature for that vehicle.

If you prefer to receive communication directly
when issues arise with your vehicle while others are driving it, you can simply choose not to add driver permissions or turn off the feature for that particular vehicle.

Road Safety Reporting

The Report a Road Issue feature enables users to anonymously report any road issues, such as reckless driving or road damage. These anonymous reports are then forwarded to the relevant authorities, contributing to safer roads for

Managing your Subscriptions

Effortlessly manage your vehicle subscriptions. We’ve made it simple for you to purchase, renew, or cancel vehicle subscriptions directly through the Vive app.

Vive Referral Program

Block a User

We have taken extensive measures to minimize and prevent misuse of Vive. Monitoring is in place, supported by clear terms, ensuring responsible and lawful use of Vive. However, if you wish to block communication from anyone, you can easily do so from the in-app settings, or directly within a chat.
